I usually had no double eyelids, so I used double eyelid glue every day. Because I lacked muscle strength to open my eyes, the glue kept coming undone each time, which stressed me out and made me decide to get double eyelid surgery. Since I had ptosis, I got ptosis correction + non-incisional (buried suture) method + epicanthoplasty. I was told that epicanthoplasty was necessary to get the in-out line I wanted, so I got it done as well. Even after the epicanthoplasty, the shape of my eyes didn't change drastically and stayed looking naturally like before, so I'm very satisfied. My face tends to swell easily, and maybe because I didn't ice it properly, there is still a lot of swelling left in my right eye even after 4 months. Overall, there were no side effects, and I'm satisfied with the line. At first, my eyes wouldn't close completely, but after 1 to 2 months, as the swelling went down, they closed properly.
