3-Month Post-Op Review for Sub-Brow Lift
This is my 3-month review of the sub-brow lift surgery.
--
Since I was young, I had fleshy upper eyelids and sagging eyelid skin, so I had a habit of opening my eyes by raising my brows.
The fat on my eyelids gradually decreased as I became an adult and lost weight, but the sagging skin didn't improve, which was so frustrating.
Then, I happened to find out about a surgery called a sub-brow lift, searched for various clinics, visited here for a consultation, and booked the surgery right away.
The director mentioned that a sub-brow lift carries the risk of leaving scars and suggested double eyelid surgery instead, but...
I didn't want a drastic change to my face, so I took the risk and went ahead with the sub-brow lift.
I am satisfied with the results!
People around me tell me that my eyes look clearer and more refreshed, which feels great. Unless I specifically mention it, some people don't even realize I had surgery (they just think I lost weight or changed my makeup style), which made me realize how natural it turned out.
In particular, since I no longer have to raise my brows to open my eyes, my frequent headaches have disappeared...
Of course, the scar mentioned earlier hasn't completely vanished, but after receiving scar laser treatments, it has definitely faded to the point where it's not noticeable.
However, when drawing my eyebrows, it is a bit difficult to draw over the stitched surgical area, haha ㅠㅠ

In any case, I was satisfied with the surgery itself, and both the director and other staff members were so kind that I recommend it to anyone considering a sub-brow lift!
Oh, and although the recovery period for a sub-brow lift is very fast compared to other procedures or surgeries, I had a lot of bruising and struggled with it for over three weeks ㅠㅠ
Please keep in mind that bruising and recovery time vary from person to person.
