The first and second photos are before surgery

The rest are after surgery.

Honestly, I didn't feel much of a difference, but looking at old photos reminded me of how bothered I was by the under-eye bulging every time I looked in the mirror, so I do think it's better that I had it done.

However, maybe the under-eye fat removal was a bit excessive, because my under-eye area actually looks a bit hollow now. It feels like a tear trough has formed where there wasn't one before..

My dark circles still bother me too, so to be completely satisfied, micro-fat grafting? I think it would be good to get that done as well if it's recommended.

It leaves something to be desired with just under-eye fat repositioning alone.
