I first had double eyelid surgery using the non-incisional (buried suture) method 15 years ago when I was in high school, and at the same plastic surgery clinic, I had a total of 4 non-incisional surgeries and 1 partial-incision surgery.

Even with the partial incision, the double eyelid kept coming undone, and the clinic closed down, so I found a new plastic surgery clinic and had double eyelid surgery using the full incisional method.

Even though I paid a high cost for the revision, the line was set too high, resulting in what's known as "sausage eyes." The sensation in my eyes became dull, the skin couldn't settle and kept bunching up, and I bruised easily...

More than anything, I hated taking photos and looking at my own face. After living like that for 5 years, I found out that the clinic had closed down, so I started looking up eyelid revision surgery on YouTube.

Watching several videos, I learned the reason why my eyes ended up like this, that they were referred to as "sausage eyes," and that revision surgery was indeed possible.

After that, I shortlisted a few clinics and inquired about prices over the phone. Deciding that SH Plastic Surgery seemed good in terms of scheduling and cost, I decided to go in for a consultation.

The reason I decided on surgery during the consultation was that both the head consultant and the chief surgeon were observant and persuasive, and they gave me confidence in the feasibility of the surgery.

Even though I had undergone multiple surgeries before, I was still nervous, but I went ahead with the procedure hoping it would be my last, and now I'm at the 3-month mark.

Although the swelling hasn't completely gone down yet and the sensation hasn't fully returned, people around me tell me, "The sausage look is gone" and "Your eyes look pretty," which has given me a lot of confidence, and I am living feeling satisfied with myself.

I should just give it a little more time and look forward to how much prettier my eyes will become!
