1. Reason for having the surgery

I was usually very stressed because of my drooping eyes.

Because of this, I often felt that I looked sleepy/depressed, and I used to consciously open my eyes wide by applying force to my forehead.

I also considered surgeries such as eye shape correction/double eyelid line correction, but as a result of a meticulous consultation with the head director, it was deemed that a forehead lift was the most suitable, so I decided to have the forehead lift surgery.

2. Reason for choosing SH Plastic Surgery

I selected a few places while browsing YouTube/various apps and went to the clinics for in-person consultations.

After considering various factors, I judged that SH Plastic Surgery was incomparably professional compared to other clinics, especially when it comes to facial lifts. In addition, the kind and professional attitude of the head director and the consultation managers during the actual consultation also seemed to play a big part in this.

3. Post-op Review

The surgery was performed under IV sedation (twilight anesthesia), and there was no significant pain even after waking up from the anesthesia. However, I have no sensation from my forehead to the crown of my head, so it feels a bit awkward, but it is bearable.

Immediately after surgery, bandages were wrapped all the way up to my head, and the bandages were removed after about 3 days.

Major swelling seems to have subsided after about a week through de-swelling tea and exercise.

There was no major difficulty in daily life even after the surgery, but I refrained from bowing or bending my head forward so that the fixed Endotine would not come loose.

4. Satisfaction

Right after the surgery, my eye shape was raised high due to swelling, which felt a bit overwhelming, but soon the swelling subsided and the eye shape settled naturally.

I was worried about what to do if it looked too unnaturally pulled, but it turned out just natural—it's not overly noticeable to others, but personally, I am deeply satisfied on the inside.
